Rise up early in the morning and descend down into the famous Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing. Ngorongoro Crater is such a unique safari destination, a veritable “Garden of Eden”. With a large concentration of animals and short grasslands, game viewing in the crater or more appropriately a caldera, is excellent as animals are everywhere! The caldera is reputed to contain the highest density of carnivores in the world.

With picnic lunch, en route game drives to Serengeti National Park via Oldupai Gorge. Oldupai Gorge is one of the most important prehistoric and archaeological sites on Earth where Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey made discoveries on human origins, “The Cradle of Mankind”. After viewing the gorge and listening to an incredible interpretive presentation and a visit to a Maasai Village, you will carry on with your journey and arrive in Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

The following day you will have game drives at your leisure and track wildlife in the Mighty Serengeti. Serengeti is Tanzania’s most renowned national park and a home to the greatest concentrations of large mammals on the planet. With picnic lunch, game drives in the Serengeti to view the great migration of animals. In this Park, you will be so amazed by the endless plains of the Serengeti dotted with thousands and thousands of game animals decorating the plains and the woodland pockets in the area! In the wake of all these, follow the predators- Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, Hyenas and Jackals, while vultures circle overhead to clean up. It is this migration that many people envisage when they think of the “Wild Africa”. Today is another wonderful experience, you board a plane and fly over the remote wilderness and the volcanic mountains back to Arusha and connect the flight to the Zanzibar Archipelago. The Island of Zanzibar is the perfect break for those looking for a change of scenery and it boasts an attractive expanse of white sand beaches and luscious tropical forests. On your arrival, you will have two hours of City Tour to explore the footmark of settlers and rulers of Zanzibar. Later during the day, you will be taken to your place of stay in Stone Town, the heart of Zanzibar
After breakfast, you will embark on a Spice Tour, an excursion that takes you to some magnificent gardens where you will experience rare species’ of plants which are only found on the Island – spices such as vanilla, nutmeg, and cloves, as well as medicinal and ornamental plants. Here you will have a chance to taste a variety of tropical fruits including some that are unique to the island. Later, drive to the North Coast of Ras Nungwi for lunch, followed by a relaxation on the beach for the rest of the day at your place of stay.
After breakfast, relax on the beach. After lunch, drive to Stone Town for shopping, and then later, transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your domestic flight to Dar Es Salaam Airport. After check-in at Julius Nyerere International Airport, you will connect with your International flight to Amsterdam
